Support
Keel is made by one person. You will get a reply from him, not from a queue.
I paid, and a new phone says I have not
Keel has no account, so your subscription travels with your Apple Account, not with an email address you gave us. On the new phone, sign in with the same Apple Account and tap Restore Purchases on the paywall.
If it still does not appear, check Settings → your name → Subscriptions to confirm which account holds it.
I set up a new phone and my history is gone
Your log lives in the app's own database on the phone, and the only other copy is your iPhone backup. A phone restored from an iCloud or computer backup brings Keel's history with it. A phone set up as new does not, and there is no account for us to restore it from — we never had a copy.
A food's protein looks wrong
Food figures come from USDA FoodData Central and Open Food Facts, never from an AI — the app only uses language parsing to work out which food and how much. If an entry is wrong you can correct it, and your correction sticks for you.
My protein floor changed and I did not change anything
The floor is worked out from your weight, height, age, training level and the phase you told Keel you are in. A new weigh-in moves it. A clinician-set target overrides it entirely. Tap the number to see where it came from.
How do I cancel?
Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Keel → Cancel Subscription, on your iPhone. Apple handles billing, so cancelling and refunds both go through them.
How do I delete my data?
Delete the app, or use Delete all my data in Settings. There is no account and no server copy, so removing Keel removes everything it held, apart from what is inside an iPhone backup you made. Anything Keel wrote to Apple Health stays in Health until you remove it there.
