  Your iPhone model, the iOS version and what you were doing. If it is about a number the app showed, the day it showed it.

• About your medication

  Keel cannot advise on a dose or a change. Your prescriber is the right person for that, every time.

• What we can look up

  Nothing you log is on our server. For anything about your subscription, include the identifier in Settings under Support.
