A protein floor, not a calorie ceiling.

On Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro or Zepbound, the risk stops being that you eat too much. Keel gives you a protein number that is yours, and one word each day for whether you cleared it.

Not in the App Store yet, and this page sells nothing. $59.99 a year when it ships, with a seven-day trial.

When appetite goes, protein goes with it.

Calorie apps give you a ceiling you are already under. What matters now is a minimum — and most people on these medications do not reach it.

What it looks like

Your number. One word a day. The week in something you can post.

Keel's onboarding result: a protein floor of 125 g a day, worked out from 83 kg at 1.5 g per kg
01 Your number, and where it came from Worked out from your weight, height, age and training — not a guess. Tap it and the working is there.
Keel's Today screen: a ring showing 46 g of a 125 g protein floor, and the verdict AT RISK
02 The ring, and the one word under it Protected or at risk. A short day is a number, not a failure — no streaks to lose, no confetti.
Keel's weekly card: a ring over the week's seven days, ready to post
03 The week, in something you can post A weekly score across protein, training and your injection. Your weight stays off the card unless you put it on.

What you get.

Built for the days you do not feel like eating, and nothing that shouts at you on the days you did not.

Nothing you log leaves your phone.

Your weight, your food and your medication sit in the app's own database and your normal iPhone backup. There is no copy on a server, because there is no account to put it under.

What does it cost?

Nothing today — this page takes no payment. $59.99 a year through the App Store when Keel ships, after a seven-day trial. One plan, no tiers, no log limits, no ads.

What happens after I leave my email?

One message, when Keel reaches the App Store. If a TestFlight beta opens first, you will be offered it in that same message. Your address is never sold or passed on, and you can ask for it to be deleted at any time.

Does this site track me?

It counts visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookie and keeps no identifier — no advertising tracker, no profile. That count is how Keel learns whether this page is worth building on.

Does it work with my medication?

Keel is built for weekly GLP-1 and GIP/GLP-1 medication — Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro and Zepbound among them. You record your dose and injection day; Keel lines your week up with them.

Will Keel tell me to change my dose?

Never. It records what you were prescribed. It does not recommend a dose, a titration schedule, or when to stop. A target your clinician sets always overrides Keel's number.

Do I need an account?

No. There is no login. Your subscription travels with your Apple Account, and your log lives on your phone and in your normal iPhone backup.
